Enjoyed my stay in a chic standard double room with a cozy bed and a great location near a local history museum.

Loved our stay, had lovely 1 day overall. We booked a standard queen room with a comfortable bed. The attentive and pleasant staff with great customer service provided all the necessary info. The location was peaceful, not too far from a notable amusement park. There was lots of pubs and bakeries nearby. The restaurant was nice, we tried delicious dishes.

Good sized, stylish units with thick curtains that kept out the light. Magnificent, stunning location next to Chertsey's center, shops, pubs, and airports.

Friendly. Excellent food in the restaurant downstairs. Staff very helpful. Good energy in the room I had. PS: This is a room-for-rent. When the restaurant is closed, you have to manage yourself. Which is ok for me.

I liked the friendlessness of the staff and the room was a good size.
The original booking stated a bathroom with bath but there was only a shower which was slightly tempermentle.

Nothing really. Convenient location for my purposes.
No breakfast served on Sundays. Noise from neighbouring rooms all night meant very little sleep. Dusty surfaces and badly stained table top. Failure to meet expectations due to false descriptions on Booking Comn site. Problem of check in with no staff available, doors locked and no bells or signs. No staff on departure either.

Very Friendly Botique Hotel, best described as a restaurant with rooms. Clean well appointed rooms with great breakfast.
Can be a bit noisy if you are looking for a long lie in the mornig, on main road.

Beds very comfortable.other facilities not great.no glasses in bathroom to rinse ones mouth.
No breakfast menu, was told you could have anything you wanted?only place I ever stayed in that you din not get a menu to choose from.had the full english the first morning.it was ok,nothing special.bacon,1 sausage,2 eggs, beans and tomatoes.opted for poached eggs, other items were fried.second morning wanted something lighter and healthier.asked for a bowl of chopped up fruit, got apple, orange and banana, not exactly a large selection.at home I would have kiwis, pineapple and some berries.i asked for mushrooms on toast,it was tasty but it came on 1 small slice of toast.hamiltons seemed to market itself as a foodie destination.in our stay we did not see any evidence of that.the bread was shop bought ,there was some mention of shortbread, homemade I guess.there was not even a biscuit in the room to have with a cup of tea!the restaurant was not open during our stay so both mornings we were the only people in the diningroom.may have been a few others staying who had eaten earlier.overall food very dissappointing.when I read it was run by a master chef I would at least have expected home made bread as opposed to mass produced shop stuff.

The accommodation was nicely decorated and had its own coffee maker, situated in a charming location just 2 km from Thorpe Park Resort.

We were given the very comfortable suite at the same rate as the room we had booked. It had very comfortable beds, a good bathroom, a modern TV in the sitting room, and excellent breakfast on days the restaurant is open (s. below). The lady in charge of the rooms and breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
The absence of a reception, particularly noticeable on Sundays and Mondays when the restaurant is closed. Even on Saturday when we arrived everything was closed. After we called and left a message on the voice mail box the owner came from home about 20 minutes later to let us in. The restaurant which is of very high quality with a short, but impressive wine list is unfortunately not often available. Besides the closure on Sundays and Mondays, there were other days when it was closed. We were able to use it only once during our weeklong stay; twice it was closed for private functions and once because the staff did a catering elsewhere.

Made very welcome from the first day and everyone we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it to others
